Fold Over Serpentine Console or Bridge Table C.1900.

Description

Exceptional quality George II style mahogany fold over card table c.1900. Stands flat against a wall as a good looking console table or fold open the top to make a square table for four with serpentine shape to each side. With a baize surface for cards and a single drawer hidden in the right hand side. Crossbanded border and a carved edge, raised on crisp reeded legs with a carved foot, note how the front legs are shaped to present a slimmer profile on the front edge. Superb flame mahogany veneered front and sides on solid mahogany ground work, mahogany drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Dimensions: width 36", depth 18", height 29".
