A large and impressive French rosewood and ormolu mounted vitrine. With a stepped cavetto shaped top with cast ormolu mounts and beading above the recessed frieze. Having egg and dart ormolu moulded detail above the rectangular bevelled glass door enclosing plate glass display shelves and a velvet interior. The ends also with rectangular bevelled glass panels showing the superb quality of this cabinet. Supported on a solid rosewood plinth and bun feet. Exquisitely cast ormolu mounts throughout and constructed using solid rosewood. French circa 1880

Condition: This vitrine is in superb original condition, cleaned and waxed. The internal door lock is missing
