Large Antique Georgian Mahogany Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers

19th century
Description

Very impressive & fine quality large Georgian bow fronted chest of drawers, with oval brass handles & ogee bracket feet. I would date it to around the 1820's period & it's in very good condition having just been restored & polished. All the drawers glide well & they are finely dovetailed. They are also graduated in depth & all have locks, although I can't guarantee the locks still work, because I haven't any keys. The grain & figuring in the mahogany is very strong. This chest is very large & not one of the normal models I usually get.

Depth - 24", 61 cm

Height - 48", 122 cm
