Antique French Mirrored Back Kingwood Console Side Table

1900 - 1920
Description

Very imposing antique French Kingwood console side table, with a mirror attached on the back. This table is smothered with gilt bronze mounts, pierced galleries & feet, all of which are of the highest quality, so please zoom in on all the images to appreciate this. The Kingwood veneers also have very striking patterns. There is a single drawer, with a working key & there are 2 levels of shaped shelves below the top. This table is in excellent condition, having just been polished & I would date it to around the 1920-30's period, although it may be older. It's also a lot higher than the average console.

Depth - 15", 38 cm

Height - 39.4", 100 cm
