The Advance Letter Filing Cabinet, Made in Oak

This is a handsome and unusual piece, the cabinet has 16 slide trays and 2 panelled cupboards at the bottom, there is a central locking device at the top which secures all the slides but not the cupboards, there is also provision for a key but we do not have this

The slides each have a brass lable holder and handle they pull out and tilt like like a book rest, there is a ledge and fittings to fix letters and pamphlets, these are 14” deep, 12” wide and 3.5” high

The cabinet is in excellent condition, it is 65” tall, 28” wide and 16.5” deep
