Good Sheraton Period Satinwood Tea Caddy

Description

A good late 18th/early 19th century Sheraton period satinwood TEA CADDY of hexagonal shape and in good original condition.

It is veneered all over in satinwood, with tulipwood cross-banding and inlaid to the top, front and two sides, with navette-shaped "batswing" panels. Complete with original key and remains of the original lead lining. A good one.
