Description

A vintage 1921 Waltham gold plated full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is within 2 – 3 minutes over a 24 hour period. The movement is signed A.W.W.Co, Waltham, Mass. U.S.A. The movement is numbered 24006506 which dates the watch to 1921.

The watch measures 50.5 mm diameter excluding the stem. The gold plated case is stamped Star, Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd. English make this case guaranteed to wear 10 years. The case has light surface marks from use and a few small "dings" to the back but overall it is in nice condition.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Waltham U.S.A. The dial has a faint hairline crack between the centre and 12 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has blued steel hands.
