A Rare Set of Postal Scales by Sampson Morden

1900 - 1920
Description

A good quality and rare set of Victorian POSTAL SCALES, in perfect condition.

Set upon a coromandel-veneered base, these nickel-plated brass scales are immaculate, and in perfect working order. The left-hand 'plate' is engraved with the various postal rates, whilst to the front is the complete set of EIGHT weights, all engraved. Signed by the makers: S. Morden & Co., LONDON.
