Description

A wonderful little vanity jar made from cut crystal and topped with a hefty sterling silver lid decorated with perfect guilloche enamel showcasing the intricate engine turning below. The lovely powder pink colour is about the most desirable colour and highly sought-after.

The lid is hallmarked for London 1921 together with the makers mark for the top-notch retailer, Finnigans of Manchester. The Firm was founded by Benjamin Finnigans at 16 Market Street Manchester in 1875. The firm became Ltd in 1901 and had various addresses in Manchester, Salford, London (New Bond Street) and Liverpool.

Excellent condition with a lid diameter measuring 1 7/8" and stands 3 3/4" tall.
