Of North European manufacture, possibly Belgium or French it was most likely originally used as a sheet music cabinet. A versatile, functional and attractive piece, all the slide out shelves will come out, so it could easily be adapted for storage of larger items.

Good condition, with general wear and marks commensurate with age. Some beading missing to front panel (see photos). Some scratches and discolouration to top. Key not working, for decoration only.
