A large and magnificent antique Victorian Aesthetic Movement dinner gong. The oak frame carved with Gothic quatrefoil motifs, the stand having canted corner supports with suspended brass gong to centre raised up on shaped feet. To the interior of the frame are four carved spandrels and the gong is painted in a beautiful Aesthetic movement design. Beater appears to be original.
