Description

Early 20th.c. Queen Anne style burr walnut bureau c.1930. Definite art deco influence in the manner of the London makers Epstein c.1930. Open the shaped fall to reveal a leather writing surface and fitted interior of pigeon holes and two small stationery. Over a single long drawer raised on slim cabriole legs with carved ‘knees’ and good paw feet. Well figured burr walnut veneers and an unusual scrolling gallery around the top. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.

Dimensions: width 31", depth 20", height 41".
