Classic late 19th.c. military campaign chest c.1880. In solid camphorwood, a fragrant and pest resistant timber often used in campaign furniture as it helped protect the contents during travel in foreign climes. Brass bindings and corners, later brass carry handles and a single drawer to the interior. Good solid condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.

Dimensions: width 40", depth 21", height 20".
