Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 1930s.
This is an excellent quality and very opulent piece, the reeded scrolling brass has a gilded finish, it twists with an entwined leaf decoration and the 12 arms are hung with faceted cut glass tear drop pendants and brass sconces, the light has the original chain and ceiling rose or it could be used by the lower rose if considered necessary, to raise the height but the top rose has an internal pulley.

The light is in working condition and looks dazzling when alight, but as with all old electrical pieces we strongly recommend having it rewired by a professional electrician
The chandelier is 34” in diameter and 36” high ( or 24” from the lower rose.
