Vintage 1920s Swiss 10ct Gold Filled Pocket Watch

Description

A vintage 1920s Swiss 10K gold filled pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 2 - 3 minutes over 24 hours. The high grade movement is stamped 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 48.3 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is stamped This case guaranteed ten carat gold filled and to wear 10 years, S.W.C.Co, Scepter. The case has light surface marks from use but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The enamel dial is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

Price includes worldwide postage.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
