Description

Spectacular pair of large 19th.c. Japanese Meiji period baluster vases. Standing 42" tall, of unusual elongated flask shape with flared and fluted tops. In blue and white porcelain with unusual overpainted detail. Great decorative items, though condition is not great. Unfortunately at some time one of the vases has been broken and repinned, also some damage to the overpainting.

Dimensions: diameter at top 15", height 42".
