The top and leaves have double ogee moulded edges and the ends and frieze are of bowed form. The attractive turned legs with good carved gadrooning to the tops and reeded below and all with original brass and porcelain casters. The extending mechanism is in excellent condition and very importantly there is no sag when the table is fully extended. The table bears an enamel plaque with the maker's name " Trevor Page & C0." Cabinet makers and Upholsterers, Norwich. Hand re-polished to very high standard using traditional French polishing methods and heat resistant polish. Seats up to 16. Sizes :- Maximum Length 11' 9''...3m 58cm. Closed Length...67.5''...171cm. Width...55''...140cm. The 4 leaves may be used in any configuration and there sizes are 21'' (53cm), 20'' (51cm), 17.75'' (45cm) and 16.5'' (42cm). Free delivery to most of U.K. mainland.
