The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
A winding key is included with the watch. The movement is signed Am Watch Co, Waltham, Mass and numbered 15425289 which dates the movement to 1906 / 1907.

The watch measures 53.3 mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the two case backs for Birmingham 1910 with the case makers mark A.L.D (Dennison Watch Case Co). The case has a couple of light dents to the back but otherwise it is in good condition with just the odd minor mark; it has good clear engine turned detail to the back.
The lens is a plastic replacement which is in good condition.
The dial is signed Waltham and is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.
