Description

Fine late 19th.c. convex wall mirror c.1890. Original 11½" diameter convex mirror plate with ebonised slip in a gilded frame with applied ball decoration. Topped with a splendid raucous looking carved wooden bird and with further applied carved mouldings below. Very good condition, original through with some surface distress most obviously to the balls around the frame.

Dimensions: width 18", height 27", depth 5".
