This is a delightful Piece of Empire style furniture, the high arms on either side have a waved and reeded shape, many of the carved and turned parts of the carved and turned frame have been decorated with gold, which is still quite visible even though it has a somewhat age darkened slightly shabby look, it is upholstered in a regency stripe and brass tacks
The Stool is 33” high to the top of the arm rests, 31” long x 18” deep and the seat height is 22”
