An Antique Silver Plated Candle Lamp

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa early 20thC, this was probably once a silver plated candlestick that was converted to a light some years ago.

We have recently had it rewired with silk flex cable and fitted with an online switch.

The silver plate is in excellent condition, with no signs of damage.

The light measures approximately 29cm from the bottom of the lampholder to the base, and the base is approximately 10cm square. A new blue felt covering has been put on the bottom of the light to protect any surfaces it may be put on.

It is a good weight and quality lamp, and the estimated p&p within the UK mainland we estimate to be about £6. Or it can be seen and collected from the Surrey area.
