This is a metamorphic piece with a rising rear screen with its original silk brocade, a hinged writing leaf supported on a pull out ratchet, a deep work drawer to one side and 2 drawers to the other, the uppermost one fitted as stationary drawer
The Table is in very good condition with the exception of the silk screen which is threadbare at the back but this could be lined if wished to preserve the front
The screen is 55” high when extended, and 34” wide, it is 15” deep and 28” when opened out
