Description

A rare and small Arts & Crafts Cotswold School Arts & Crafts Period chest of drawers. The rectangular oak top showing exposed construction detail above an arrangement of four graduating drawers with oak and cedar linings and handmade oak handles. With subtle chamfered detail to the drawer dividers and beautiful solid oak sides again with exposed construction showing the through tenons. The whole raised on an oak shaped plinth, very much in the style of Gordon Russell/Peter Waals and showing many of the characteristics of the traditional cotswold school design and construction. English circa 1920

Dimensions: 24" wide x 16" deep x 31" high

Condition: This chest is in excellent original condition
