A Beautiful Mahogany Inlaid Edwardian Period Settee

1900 - 1920
Description

A beautiful mahogany Edwardian Period two seater settee. Having a shaped back with a turned top rail with ivory line inlaid detail and two rosewood square panels inlaid with floral marquetry detail. The back also with further spindle supports with horizontal ivory inlaid supports. The seat newly upholstered in a gold silk damask. The open swept arms united by a mahogany seat rail. The whole supported on swept front supports and rear sabre legs. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 42" wide x 21" deep x 32" high (seat height 14")

Condition: This settee is in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. Newly re-upholstered in a gold silk damask.
