A Good Pair of Oak Arts & Crafts Period Reclining Armchairs

Description

A good & Rare pair of Oak Arts & Crafts Period reclining armchairs. Each chair having a reclining solid oak back with a pierced heart splat and removable newly re-upholstered buttoned padded cushion. The back adjusts to six different angles. The beautifully figured solid oak arm rests showing the pegged construction throughout and with pierced Arts & Crafts inspired panels above the solid oak seats and newly re-upholstered removable padded cushions. Raised on square supports united by stretchers. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: upright 27" wide x 32" deep x 39" high (seat height 19.5")

Condition: This pair of chairs are in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. Newly re-upholstered in a modern high quality linen.
