Description

Fabulous large mid 19th.c. mahogany library bookcase c.1835 with over 40 feet of shelf space for books. Handsome breakfront design featuring an open bookcase top with adjustable shelves over a deeper base with central shelves flanked on each side by cupboards. Shaped cornice, reeded sides with carved roundels, thumb moulded edge to the base, mahogany trim to the shelf fronts and solid mahogany sides. Excellent colour and condition, restored and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied. Splits into four sections plus cornice and plinth for ease of delivery.
