Description

Cased set of Victorian silver and Mother Of Pearl dessert knives and forks for twelve people. The wooden case is in beautiful light wood, with a blue velvet fitted interior; the blades and tines/prongs are nice and plain, and each one fully hallmarked; the M.O.P. handles are of matching plain design and show a good colour nacre. A good early set by wonderful makers.

Sheffield. 1866/7. Martin & Hall.

Case 29cm x 24.5cm.

Length of each knife 19.5cm.

Length of each fork 15.5cm.
