The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case originally would have been gold tone but most of this has worn off over the years, down to the silver coloured base metal. The stainless steel screw-on back states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should not be treated as such.

The lens is in good condition.
The dial is signed Tegrov, 17 Jewels, Waterproof, Shockproof, AntiMagnetic, Swiss Made. The dial is part textured and has a mixture of applied numbers and markers, original hands and red centre seconds hand. There is some light freckling across the dial.
A new black leather strap has been fitted.
