A Mahogany Chippendale Style Serpentine Bachelors Chest

Description

A mahogany Chippendale Style serpentine bachelors chest. Having a solid mahogany top of serpentine outline with a moulded edge, above a baize lined pull out dressing slide. With two short over three long rectangular oak lined drawers with traditional brass swan neck handles. The canted corners with Chippendale style blind fretwork, the whole supported on shaped bracket feet with solid mahogany sides. English circa 1900-1920

Dimensions: 29.5" wide x 31" high x 19" deep

Condition: This chest is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed. A wonderful colour and patination
