Antique 1908 silver Vertex pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 3 - 4 minutes over 24 hours. The movement is signed Vertex, 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 48.8 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The silver case has Chester hallmarks for 1908 with the case makers mark G.S.B (George Stephen Burt) . The case is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The dial is signed Vertex with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.
