Fabulous Antique English Sterling Silver Sugar Basket - 1900

Description

About as elegant as one will find, this superb basket is the perfect piece for sugar but more often than not, is used for flowers, serving chocolates, nuts and other treats.

The silver is fully hallmarked for London 1900 together with the makers initials for the top notch silversmith, Haseler Brothers -Edward John Haseler & Noble Haseler.

The Bristol blue liner is original and undamaged. A fabulous and highly decorative example in superb undamaged condition. The rim diameter measures 3 1/4" and stands 4" tall or 6" tall to top of handle while upright.
