This a wonderful Large Victorian Mahogany 4 poster bed, it dates from around 1860 it has a full lined canopy, bordered with an outward sweeping cornice The bed posts are turned from almost 5” mahogany, the upholstered mahogany head board has a scalloped wavy shape, the bed comes with all its drapes and a matching bed cover
The drapes and hangings are all of best quality, and beautiful made in eau de Nile tapestry like, floral material and fully lined with glazed cotton in deep rose colour which matches the ceiling of the canopy.
The bed dismantles for transportation will need reassembling on arrival, it is complete with a slatted base and only requires a mattress
The bed is 86” high, 80”wide and 90” long, these are the outside measurements and requires a mattress 72” wide and 79” long
