This example is about as perfect as you could find, in every way. Clearly tucked away in a drawer for the last 100 years and hardly if ever used, the interior of the box is so clean and pristine, it looks as good as the day it was made lined in green velvet and cream silk.

The napkin ring is stunning with a pierced or reticulated design fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1913 and is lucky enough to also have an English design registration number (reserved for items of notable design and quality) for the year 1911.

The napkin ring measures 1 3/4" in diameter x 1" thick; the box measuring 3 1/4" x 3 5/8" x 3" tall.
