The stem formed as reeded column with two bands of rising tulip petals. The fluted body mounted with rosettes above which emerge the 5 scrolled and leaf decorated arms, sweeping to flower head drip pans, and fluted candle holders. The lower body decorated with leaf work panels, tapering to a leaf and flower bud finial. Converted for electricity and ready for use.
