Pair of Antique French Carved Salon Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

Good quality pair of antique French open arm salon chairs, with good carvings, a warm colour, good patina & loads of character. The walnut frames have a lovely shape & they have been re-upholstered in a cream linen fabric, with double piping. They are in good original condition & I would say they date from around the 1900-10 period. These type of chairs are always very versatile, great in bedrooms, living rooms or anywhere in the home.

Depth - 23.6", 60 cm

Height - 34.5", 88 cm

Seat height - 16.5", 42 cm
