The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The movement has had a replacement rotor, which is signed Allaine. As with many automatic watches, you can sometimes hear the rotor moving around.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated; there is a little rubbing and some surface marking but overall the condition is very acceptable for a 1950s piece. The stainless steel screw-on case back is stamped MuDu. The lens is in good condition.

The dial has a good vintage style with a mixture of raised numbers and markers, dauphine style hands and a date display. There is some light freckling.
A new brown leather strap has been fitted.
