Right now, we can't open any of the doors, because the keys went missing, but we will get it opened & provide keys before sending it out. Also, I can't see what is behind the middle polished door. I have had similar models in the past & they usually have adjustable shelves too, but I don't know if it's painted or polished inside that section I will update this description when we get the doors open. The paintwork showing behind the doors looks original to this piece & is a lovely colour which compliments this bookcase.
