Description

A Set of 6 mahogany George III Period Hepplewhite designed dining chairs including two carver armchairs. Each having traditional shield shaped backs with pierced fretwork back splats. The two armchairs with open swept arms and having simple drop in seats, upholstered in a traditional silk and each having serpentine front seat rails. The whole supported on chamfered square supports united by H stretchers. English circa 1790-1800

Dimensions: Armchairs 37" high x 22" wide x 20" deep Stand Chairs 37" high x 21" wide x 20" deep (seat height 17")

Condition: This set of chairs are in excellent original condition. Cleaned and waxed
