Description

A Victorian freestanding mahogany cylindrical pot cupboard bearing maker's label for W.R.Simkin of Colchester, Essex. The thumb moulded top with white marble insert. The single door opens with turned knob handle to a shaped shelf interior. The whole standing on an offset plinth base. This item would make an ideal vase/plant stand, lamp table or bedside cabinet. In very good condition, re-polished using traditional French polishing techniques. Sizes:- Height...28.25''...72cm. Diameter...15''...38cm. Diameter of white marble insert..8''..20.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £48.
