Louis Xv Style Gilded Coffee Table C.1930.

Description

Unusual Louis XV style low side or coffee table c.1930. Pale shaped marble top with thumb moulded edge on a superb carved and gilded wooden base with a pierced frieze, shaped legs and stretchers. Good solid condition. Some liquid damage to the surface of the marble, the base retains the original gilding, attractively mellowed and distressed with age.

Dimensions: width 31", depth 25", height 22".
