Antique English Silver Nurses Buckle, 1889

Description

A stunning antique English silver nurse's buckle of ornate design with mythical creatures. This is a very nice quality cast piece with exquisite detail.

The buckle measures just over 10cm wide when the two halves are together, and 6.2cm high. Hallmarked for London 1889 with a maker's mark of J.P.

Total weight 38g.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
