Large Swivelling Bentwood Stool, Piano Stool Desk Seat

This is an unusual piece, it is a large swivelling stool, made in bent wood and going by the quality it was probably made by Thonet

The base of the stool is 4 footed and very sturdy, it has a metal screw swivelling mechanism so it can raise and lower to different heights, the seat is made from pressed ply wood and has a shell impressed on it

The stool is 19” in diameter and the height is anything between 19” and 27”
