Large Georgian Oak Bureau Bookcase C1780

Description

Superb george 111 oak bureau bookcase

Dating from aorund 1780. It has a swan neck pedament top with brass spanderals to each end and with brass eagle & ball to the centre. This is above two astragal glazed doors with original glass and with three adjustable shelves. The fall front opens to reveal various small drawers and compartments. There are two short drawers over two long drawers all of which are oak lined. It stands on original oak bracket feet.

It separates for ease of transporting.
