A Walnut Victorian Period Carved Open Armchair

19th century
Description

A walnut Victorian Period carved open arm chair. The deep buttoned upholstered back with a beautifully carved floral walnut crest above swept open arms, carved knuckles and a generous sprung seat, newly re-upholstered in a gold silk damask. Supported on carved cabriole front supports and rear swept supports with brass and porcelain castors. English circa 1860

Dimensions: 39" high x 27" wide x 24" deep (seat 15" high)

Condition: This chair is in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. Re-upholstered in a gold silk damask in our workshops
