Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The clock has a Chrome Frame and a painted Face and Hands, it is in good condition and I believe it works but it will need a transformer to adapt the old French system to modern English electrics, other wise a new Quartz movement might be the best way

The Clock is in very good condition, it has natural weathering in to the case but it is sound.
The clock is 4” deep and 12” in Diameter
