A fine and rare pair of Edwardian Period rosewood and marquetry inlaid demi lune pier/side tables by Edwards & Roberts Of London. Each with a demi lune solid rosewood top banded in satinwood and with a Classical Adam designed urn, flanked by husk and harebell pendants with further flowing foliate marquetry inlaid detail in satinwood/sycamore and other exotic woods. Each with a central bow front mahogany lined frieze drawer, again having beautiful marquetry inlaid detail which is repeated in the frieze. The whole supported on four square tapering supports with finely inlaid with marquetry and pen-work inlaid detail, united by a shaped under tier with a central shell inlaid paterae. English circa 1900
