A Beautiful Figured Walnut Victorian Period Wellington Chest

Description

A beautiful figured walnut Victorian Period antique wellington chest. Having a rectangular figured walnut veneered top above an arrangement of seven graduating mahogany lined drawers with beautifully figured walnut fronts and the original turned walnut drawer pulls. Flanked by traditional walnut pilasters with carved corbels. The right hand pilaster acts as the usual "Wellington" locking mechanism retaining the original lock and key. Supported on a walnut veneered plinth with figured walnut sides English circa 1880

Dimensions: 22.5" wide x 15" deep x 45" high

Condition: This wellington chest is in excellent condition, re-polished in our workshops
