Description

A Stunning quality fiddle back mahogany Late Victorian writing desk by Edwards and Roberts of London. Having a fiddle back mahogany top with a pierced brass trellis, above a tambour front and a marquetry inlaid top depicting the arts. When the frieze drawer is opened the tambour automatically opens to reveal a beautiful well fitted interior of three small drawers and a green leather tooled writing surface. The whole is supported on four square tapering supports with satinwood line inlaid detail united by a shaped under tier and having spade feet circa 1890-1900

Dimensions: 38" high x 30" wide x 20" deep

Condition: This desk is in stunning condition, cleaned and waxed. Replacement leather inset
