Antique Large Victorian Oak Dresser and Rack C1880

Antique Large Victorian Oak Dresser and Rack and dating from around 1880. Constructed from solid oak The Rack has a cornice top above a deep frieze. Below is one long shelf and under this are a further two shelves to the centre with a small cupboard to either side. The cupboard doors have geometrical moulded panels and internally have one shelf. The shelves and side supports have a half bobbin moulding and the rack has wide oak backing boards.

The base has a moulded edge to the top above three graduating drawers to the centre all of which are oak lined with carved oak handles and with geometric moulded drawer fronts. There are two cupboard doors with geometrical moulded panels internally there is one shelf and it stands on stile feet.

Separates for ease of transporting.

Measures: 78" high to top and 33" high to base x 21" deep x 80" wide

In good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
