Martin Basket & Cie, Paris. A fine quality early carriage clock. An all over engraved case with the original gilding. Winding hole rear door shutters and a lift up panel. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a bell, with the original escapement. Signed to the dial and backplate.
